This is the first time I have purchased a car with a dealership in all my 38 years of car buying that has been such a pleasant experience. Graham Turner greeted us as we walked in and went from Salesperson to our friend within minutes. He found out what our needs were, asked us what we wanted or would like to have then talked about a few model options. We purchased a 2015 Subaru Forester, after a very fair price, lower than we were expecting right at the start (based on other dealerships offers and We also received a fair assessment of our trade in car, and agreed upon the deal. Graham gave us full instructions on how to operate the vehicle turn on features like Bluetooth and other electronics and showed us some hidden storage compartments. He then introduced us to the Service Manager who was sincere and friendly, gave us his card if we had any questions at all don't hesitate to call. We left there knowing that they care about us as a customer and will do what it takes to help out when needed. They are out in the country, so no heavy city traffic to deal (I95) with which made it wonderful. I highly recommend Graham, and the Reynolds dealership to everyone I see. It's great to know you still matter in the world and that we are important as a customer, not just another sale.

I just found out buying a car can be fun and exciting!  My shopping experience was very pleasant thanks to Billy Jones.  He was very knowledgable and explained the car's safety features which were my main interest. Billy knew all the facts and information about the Subaru Outback inside and out.  He answered all of my questions regarding maintenance costs and fuel efficiency. His demeanor was polite, friendly, and patient. We recently purchase a new Lucerene at your dealership.  That is not something we do frequently.  When we do, because of sticker shock and the inevitable hassle encountered with over zealous sales and clerical staff, we approach it with a health dose of dread - something analogous to a visit to the dentist.

Frankly, we do not know if we got the best price around.  Other than the unavoidable sticker shock, we do want you to know that the experience was surprisingly a most pleasant one.  Mr Jones was most helpful and courteous wile explaining options and features of the Lucerne, and answering questions we had.  Mrs. Lynn Frye was equally helpful and courteous while assisting with the financial end of things.  Should we know of anyone interested in purchasing a vehicle we would not hesitate to recommend that they give your dealership a look.

We bought a Pontiac Transport SE way back in 1994 at Reynolds, used it for school-pooling for several years, made about 10 long-distance trips with it (California, Washington State, Alaska, Disney World twice, Maine, Canada), and have put 300,000 miles on it. Recently, I needed to downsize my vehicle. I had gotten quotes from two other dealers to trade in my car to replace with something more affordable.
