We recently purchase a new Lucerene at your dealership. That is not something we do frequently. When we do, because of sticker shock and the inevitable hassle encountered with over zealous sales and clerical staff, we approach it with a health dose of dread - something analogous to a visit to the dentist.
Frankly, we do not know if we got the best price around. Other than the unavoidable sticker shock, we do want you to know that the experience was surprisingly a most pleasant one. Mr Jones was most helpful and courteous wile explaining options and features of the Lucerne, and answering questions we had. Mrs. Lynn Frye was equally helpful and courteous while assisting with the financial end of things. Should we know of anyone interested in purchasing a vehicle we would not hesitate to recommend that they give your dealership a look.

Reynolds is an awesome dealership! From the minute we turned into the lot until hours later when we left in a certified Subaru the experience at the dealership was more than satisfying! Eric is truly a "great fit" to your organization! His personable attitude, and attention to the customer is superb! We have already referred several people to the dealership. Our only comment is to be prepared for a different experience. Be prepared for a relaxing setting, awesome sales staff, and management. Hi Everyone! We bought a Pontiac Transport SE way back in 1994 at Reynolds, used it for school-pooling for several years, made about 10 long-distance trips with it (California, Washington State, Alaska, Disney World twice, Maine, Canada), and have put 300,000 miles on it. With a re-worked motor put in in 2005 this car is running like a pussycat - we love it! Also, Reynolds has repaired/serviced several other cars, always to our greatest satisfaction. "Quite Comfortable"
Recently, I needed to downsize my vehicle. I had gotten quotes from two other dealers to trade in my car to replace with something more affordable. I happened to know Eric Barden, who had just begun his career at Reynold's a few months earlier. Being a 23 year old woman, walking into a dealership can be really intimidating! Everyone at Reynolds welcomed me with a warm smile and a hello. I didn't feel overwhelmed at all, actually quite comfortable.
