2020 Subaru Ascent

A mid-size SUV the whole family will love, the new Subaru Ascent comes more capable, accommodating, and safer than its last-model-year debut, not to mention even better-equipped.

A turbocharged 2.4-liter SUBARU BOXER flat-four engine comes standard, ready to churn out 260 horsepower and 277 pound-feet of torque. Standard Subaru Symmetrical All-Wheel Drive with a wheel slip-reducing X-MODE, a suite of EyeSight driver aids, and the precision cornering of Active Torque Vectoring also come along for the ride, making it one dependable crossover on the road and off. It's just as fuel-efficient, too, ready to get up to 21 mpg in a city like Culpeper, plus as much as 27 mpg on the highway.

Creature comforts and technologies span a wide gamut likewise. They range from available heated and ventilated front seats, a rear climate-control panel, 6.5- and 8-inch SUBARU STARLINK infotainment options, available leather-trimmed seats and captain's chairs, 4G LTE Wi-Fi support, a Kardon premium audio option, and more. You can even count on hauling plenty of luggage and essentials along with you, thanks to 86 cubic feet of max cargo space and the ability tow up to 5,000 pounds.

2020 Subaru Legacy

A mid-size car icon, the new Subaru Legacy has been completely redesigned according to the new Subaru Global Platform and re-engineered to be quieter, safer, and more enjoyable to drive than ever before. Two engines are available: a standard 2.5-liter SUBARU BOXER flat-four engine with 182 horsepower and 176 pound-feet of torque and an all-new 260-horsepower turbo engine that can shell out 277 pound-feet. However, it's not all brawn: with a Lineartronic CVT, you can also get excellent mileage, up to 35 mpg on the highway and nearly 650 miles of total driving range.

EyeSight Driver Assist Technology is standard, and it's got an all-new advanced adaptive cruise control system; DriverFocus distraction mitigation is available, as are features like reverse automatic brakes, steering-responsive LED headlighting, and a 180-degree front-view camera. New for 2020, an Auto Vehicle Hold feature comes standard, helping the car maintain its position whether on a level or sloping surface.

There are a cavernous 105.5 cubic feet of passenger space available on the interior, and it's home to leather and genuine Nappa Leather seating options, available front-seat heating and ventilation, a new height-adjustable power passenger seat, heated rear seats, and a heated steering wheel. 39.5 inches of rear legroom let your passengers recline in the lap of luxury, and a 15.1-cubic-foot trunk makes ample room for cargo. Tech-wise, the STARLINK Multimedia infotainment system's got an all-new interface and screen sizes range from standard 7-inch to massive 11.6-inch.

2020 Subaru Outback

This unmistakable and celebrated wagon-become-modern SUV returns build on the new Subaru Global Platform, and it's one rugged crossover, with thicker panel surfaces, wider fenders, beefy cladding up front, and other exterior standards like roof rails, integrated crossbars, and enhanced tie-downs.

Its capabilities aren't limited to the standard direct-injection SUBARU BOXER engine, which has been upgraded 182 horsepower. With Start-Stop Technology and a Lineartronic CVT, its fuel economy is also top-notch, up to 33 mpg highway and delivering more than 600 miles of cruising range. There's even a special Onyx Edition XT available, with a turbocharged 260-horsepower engine, upgraded 3,500-pound towing capacity, a new dual-function X-MODE, two-tone, water-repellent StarTex seats, a huge 11.6-inch touchscreen and more.

Ever the safe bet, the new Subaru Outback also brings together Symmetrical All-Wheel Drive, X-MODE, EyeSight driver assistance, DriverFocus distraction mitigation, and more. Likewise, it's just as comfortable. There's up to 109 cubic feet of space available for passengers in available Java Brown Nappa leather seating, which you can get both heated and ventilated, and 75.7 cubic feet can be created for luggage by collapsing the rear seats.

2020 Subaru Forester

This iconic compact SUV was all-new just last model year, and this one, it's harder-wearing, more capable, friendlier to family, friends, and cargo, and more expertly equipped. A powerful quarter of features drives the drive: a 182-horsepower, 2.5-liter SUBARU BOXER flat-four engine capable of 176 pound-feet of torque, Standard Subaru Symmetrical AWD, an enhanced X-MODE for steering compensation, and Subaru Intelligent Drive (SI-DRIVE), an engine management system. Subaru Forester gets great fuel economy, too, as much as 26 mpg city and 33 mpg highway, and Active Torque Vectoring is standard for taking corners more easily.

Standard safety features range from EyeSight Driver-Assist Technology, which includes new lane centering and departure prevention features, to a Subaru DriverFocus Distraction Mitigation System option, which can improve concentration. There aren't to mention blind-spot detection, rear cross-traffic alert, and a new rear-seat reminder system to inform you of occupancy. The SUV's even an IIHS TOP SAFETY PICK+ when outfitted with steering-responsive headlighting.

Interior features include 111.9 cubic feet of max passenger space, available leather-trimmed seats, which are optionally heated front and rear, as much as 76.1 cubic feet of space for cargo, 6.5- and 8-inch SUBARU STARLINK infotainment choices, built-in Wi-Fi access, and more.

2020 Subaru Impreza

The celebrated sedan and hatchback team returns for 2020 in base, Premium, Sport, and Limited trims everything you could hope to find in a thoroughly modern compact car. A 2.0-liter, four-cylinder SUBARU BOXER engine producing 152 horsepower and 145 pound-feet of torque comes standard, and, paired with a Lineartronic CVT, it can get up to 36 highway mpg -- 450-plus miles on a full tank.

To keep the Charlottesville drive safe and secure, EyeSight Driver Assist Technology comes standard, while features like blind-spot detection, lane change assistance, rear cross-traffic alert, reverse auto brakes, and steering-responsive headlighting are available. 2020 Subaru WRX

A sports car favorite among young drivers and seasoned racing aficionados, this sedan promises a 2020 model year of thrills and chills behind the wheel. Choose between 2.0- and 2.5-liter SUBARU BOXER engines; horsepower ratings range from 268 to a blistering 310, while torque ratings rise from 258 to 290 pound-feet -- plenty of turning and pulling power to get your heart pounding. There are three transmission options, spanning the gamut between engagingly hands-on and easy-to-use: a fully synchronized six-speed manual, a close-ratio variant thereof, and a Sport Lineartronic model with paddle shifters.

Performance features include Active Torque Vectoring for cornering precision, sport-tuned or high-performance STI suspensions for responsive handling and available variable torque distribution and driver-controlled center differential for traction management.
